Help out at events, whether you can spare a few hours a week, or a month, it will help people get the support they desperately need. Whatever time you can give is invaluable.

You don't need prior experience, we're looking for enthusiastic people from all age groups with good communication & organisational skills, who work well in a team.

Fundraising in your community, makes sure that every pound raised makes a difference.

For example, you could have a Collection Box for your home, business or club, make sure you let family, friends, colleagues and customers know so they have an opportunity to donate. Get your community group, organisation, friends & family involved. There's a whole range of things you could do, from black tie balls, sponsored walks, coffee mornings, fetes, quizzes and challenges to collecting on our behalf, whatever you decide to do, it will make a difference and change lives.
